A Welcome from the Middle School Assistant Principal
Parents, Students and Welcome Guests,
Thank you for visiting our website. What an exciting
year for ASK Middle School! We boast a fantastic
faculty of teachers, excellent coaches, additional
renovated classrooms, a new office and the addition
of an important tool for learning and organization –
the agenda book.
In September, every student received an ASK agenda
book. When used daily, these books can assist any
student who is trying to keep on top of their
activities and school work by providing information
such as: a condensed version of the school handbook;
conflict management strategies; listening,
note-taking and study skills; reference tables for
most subject areas; and, monthly goal setting
worksheets. The agenda’s calendar is printed with
dates highlighting ASK’s yearly events and its pages
are designed to accommodate our block scheduling. I
encourage you to remain engaged in your child’s
learning by looking through the agenda book on a
regular basis and discussing its contents.
It is my hope that your child uses their Middle
School years as a platform for developing leadership
skills, meaningful relationships with peers and
teachers, a sense of responsibility and
independence, critical thinking and positive
self-esteem.
Your involvement makes our school better. Thank you
